The Real BTB... Part 1

Long time, no post. Recently got up wit my dude. Hung out in the dankest most decrepit and dirtiest place we could find and got some great shots. See below. I wouldn't ever tell this nigga this to his face but, yo was holding it down on the model tip.

Deep Blues, Deep Greens, Vibrant Reds

In my never ending effort to have fun while taking photos, I'm starting to enjoy editing the photo I've taken. Here's why... with out having expensive equipment, I'm able to grab the colors I want to see and pull them to the front of the picture... It's interesting once you get used to it... I recently took some photos for a friend of a friend...and I was completely inspired by spring... see what I mean about inspiration after the jump below...

Idle time = Great edits in Light Room

In this Post... I'd like to first say thank you to my man Brian for his computer expertise. Been spending sometime in Adobe's Lightroom and I didn't get it first. I kept asking myself, " Why would they make a photo editing software outside of photoshop?" I guess I've come to an answer as to why... while you can undoubtedly do most of the same edits in photoshop that you can in light room, light room just kinda makes it faster  and easier to get to for the not hardcore photoshop users. And to be honest... its a cooler looking program too. Here are some examples of a few photos that Light Room has breathed light into for me... They run as before and afters or rather after and befores... Some of the photos to me actually read as artistic pieces of work... like Picasso or somebody painted them... BTW, all of these were shot with my Nikon D5000; I however wasn't the photographer this day... Thanks Lynise for your eye... Enjoy what follows... :-)

Jay and Jahjuan

Impromptu as ever, I've been trying to get Jahjuan and his Jayden out to take some pictures... this is as about as far as I've gotten. Hopefully we can dedicate some time to it soon.
